Articling for the 2025/2026 term

We are hiring two (2) articling students to join our Toronto team starting in July 2025. As an articling student you will help support our lawyers in various stages of the legal process. This includes preparation of draft pleadings, legal research, and assistance prepping cases for arbitration or other hearings.

Our ideal candidates have a demonstrated interest in workers’ rights and a commitment to social justice with strong writing and legal research skills and in-depth knowledge of labour and employment-related statutes. The salary for this position is pro-rated $80,000 per annum and is largely remote with some in-person meetings and hearings. We encourage members of equity-seeking groups to apply.
