Since forming in 2015, Morrison Watts Hurtado has been representing and advocating for unionized and non-unionized employees in all matters related to the workplace, including wrongful dismissal and human rights claims.
Our commitment to the workers of Ontario often brings us to provincial and federal labour relations boards, arbitration hearings, the Human Rights Tribunal and the courtroom.
We champion employees in all fields of work, tackling issues that are demanding and at times troublesome. We work efficiently to resolve cases optimizing our service while demonstrating best practices.
Our strength in negotiation and mediation is an effective start to a variety of workplace disputes and our solid experience in litigation enables us to confidently pursue cases before administrative tribunals and the courts, achieving the best possible results for our clients.
