James Craig practices labour, employment, human rights, and pension law. He is a passionate advocate for social justice. James represents the interests of trade unions, marginalized communities, and organizations in labour arbitration, Ontario Labour Relations Board proceedings, and the Ontario courts.
Prior to joining Morrison Watts in 2022, James worked in private practice at another Toronto labour law boutique, and in-house for one of Canada’s largest public-sector unions.
James was called to the bar in 2015. He completed his Juris Doctor with a specialization in the Labour & Employment Law Program at Osgoode Hall Law School, and received his Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
